Feel free to look for samples online, but here are the key ones to keep in mind in creating a Privacy Policy. 

Kindly ask your customer to create a separate link/page for the Privacy Policy alone. The most common location for a Privacy Policy link is in the website's footer section, which appears on every page. This would make it accessible to all users, regardless of what web page they're on. 

The critical aspect is that the policy must clearly state that an end user's Personally Identifiable Information (PII) shall not be disclosed or exchanged with third parties for marketing purposes. 

The privacy policy shall expressly declare that no data is being acquired, shared, or sold to third parties. 

The privacy policy should further define the manner in which the information is utilized, as well as the protocols for storing and safeguarding the collected data. 

The privacy policy shall explicitly state that consumers have the option to exercise their right to opt-out by sending a message containing the term "STOP".
